Refund policy

At Al Zuhd Design, we take great pride in the meticulous, handmade nature of every piece. Our refund and cancellation policy reflects the unique nature of this artistic process.

All Sales are Final

Due to the highly specialized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom or personalized art pieces.

This policy is based on the following:

  • Custom Design Process: Each piece is created following a tailored artistic vision, including personalized names, colors, and textures.

  • Irreplaceable Nature: Personalized items featuring specific details cannot be resold to other customers, as they are unique to your request.

  • Labor & Materials: Once construction begins, significant resources, including labor and materials, are permanently committed to your unique project.

Cancellations

  • Ready-Made Items: Orders for non-custom, "ready-to-ship" items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Custom Commissions: Once work has officially commenced on your custom piece (following final design approval), the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," your satisfaction is paramount. If your artwork arrives damaged during transit:

  • Report Promptly: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or solution at our discretion.

Please note: Minor variations in glass color, texture, and natural imperfections are characteristics of handmade stained glass and are not considered defects.
