Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Most of our designs are made to order and can be customized based on your preferred colors, sizes, and design details. You can also share your own inspiration or idea for a custom commission.
How does the custom order process work?
You choose a design (or share your own idea), select your preferred colors and size (or request no changes), and let us know when you need the piece. After reviewing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details and agree on a delivery timeline before final confirmation.
When do I pay for a custom order?
For custom orders, payment is made after your order has been reviewed and all details (including timeline) are confirmed.
Can I order in-stock items directly?
Yes. Some designs are available in limited stock and can be ordered directly through the shop. These items require full payment at checkout, and the delivery timeline will be shown at the time of ordering.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on whether the item is in stock or made to order. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time, and we will confirm the timeline after reviewing your order.
Do you offer priority orders?
Yes. If you need your order sooner, priority options are available for an additional fee. Priority availability depends on current workload and will be confirmed during your order review.

Can I request specific colors?

Some designs allow flexible sizing. If you need a specific size, you can request it during the custom order process, and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is available, and shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package size/weight. Customs taxes and tariffs are not included.
